When you make a purchase with Frisco Mercantile, Inc., (“Frisco Mercantile”), there is certain information we need in order to process, fulfill and complete the order, some of which may be personal information and sensitive payment information. Such information may include, but not be limited to, knowing your name, e-mail address, mailing address, physical address for order delivery, phone number, credit-card number, expiration date, and security code. Having this information will enable and allow us to process and fulfill your orders, notify you of your order status, and communicate with you in resolving post-sale matters. Your phone number is necessary for our fulfillment partners to contact you to arrange and confirm delivery of your order. Our fulfillment partners may include FedEx, UPS, USPS, Common Carriers and specialized delivery services. It will also be used to contact you if there is a question regarding your order. Phone numbers will not be used for sales calls.
We do not sell or otherwise make available to others our customer list. You may opt to sign up for our Email newsletter, for which we need your email address which we utilize to send the newsletter. We do not share email addresses for marketing purposes with outside parties.

We may also use your email address to send you information about products and services, for which you will be offered the option to opt in/out. We may also use your personal information, which may include your email address, physical address, or telephone number to communicate with you about your transactions with us, in progress or completed. The use or certain personal information necessary to complete fulfillment of an order you place with us may be shared with our fulfillment partners, such as your name, physical address for shipping, and telephone number by which to contact you to arrange and confirm delivery. We do not store, nor do we share with these fulfillment partners, any sensitive payment information. We may use personal information for auditing, research and analysis to operate and improve our technologies and services.
Protecting customer information
You have the option to create an online account with Frisco Mercantile, for which certain personal information is collected to complete purchase transactions using SSL encryption, and only that information which is needed to complete the transaction is required. When you create an online account with us, you created a password to protect your account. Your account can be accessed at any time by you, and you should take proper measures to secure your password from use by others. You should also take proper measures to periodically change your password. If you forget or lose your password, you may request a password reset, through which we will take proper measures to validate your identity, with personal information you previously provided to us, to reset your password and to send you a link to reset your password.
Frisco Mercantile does not like spam, and we work to maintain a strict "no-spam" policy. As such, we do not sell your email address to third parties. These measures include internal reviews of practices concerning data collection, processing, storage, and security. Privacy of children
Frisco Mercantile does not knowingly collect any Personal Information on our website from children under 13 without prior verifiable parental consent. Our website contains no objectionable material, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13. If we learn that Personal Information has been submitted by a child under 13 without their parent’s consent, we will take reasonable measures to remove and delete such information as soon as possible, and will not use the information for any purpose, other than to protect the safety of the child or others as required by law.
