Frisco Mercantile is open 7 days a week, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and Noon-5 p.m. Sunday. We are closed on major holidays.

That is a great question! Frisco Mercantile is antiques and so much more. We have a diverse family of Merchants who sell everything from new to vintage in clothing to furniture, home goods to home décor, and so much more than we can list. You just have to come in and browse them all!

Absolutely! We are in the process of implementing online shopping on this website which will have many of our Merchants. Plus, our Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest pages will also have the capability to shop from the images.

Right now, if there is an item of interest you see in a Facebook, Instagram, or Pinterest image, give us a call and we will be glad to locate the item if still available in the store and complete the sale over the phone.

Absolutely! Our Merchant Locator page has a store layout with all of our current Merchants and pins highlighting their particular location. When you hover over their pin, there even is information about their product offerings.

Plus, you can refine your directory search by major category for a listing of just those Merchants.

Service dogs and well behaved pets are allowed in the store. They must be on a leash, or for pets, in pet strollers.

Shipping + handling

Yes, we now offer curbside pickup for online and call ahead orders. Simply call the Frisco Mercantile store 972-712-7300 upon your arrival and inform us of your order number.

We do also offer limited local delivery on a fee-basis. Please reach out to us at the above phone number or email us for more information.

We will be glad to ship most orders using USPS, FedEx, or UPS for the additional cost of shipping. On larger items, such as furniture, we will be glad to assist you with arranging shipping and delivery.

Our Merchants have many, many items on hand for you at Frisco Mercantile, but there are even more to choose from online.

Items with "Available Online" in the description means they are not at Frisco Mercantile at the time of order and can be shipped or made available for Pick-Up at our store. Simply indicate your preference when you complete your online order checkout.

We will notify you when the order is ready for Pick-Up or being shipped. Some items may require a few days to be made ready or shipped as they are stocked based on demand.

Thank you for that question. Items with "Available Online and In Store, Suite xxx" in the description can be purchased online or are in store at the Merchant's suite number. There will also be a "Pickup available" check-mark in the product description.

So, you can buy online, select the option to Pick-up in your online checkout, and we will let you know when your order is ready to come and get.

Frisco Mercantile collects and remits sales tax on behalf of the Merchants as a Marketplace Facilitator. Each Merchant is responsible for having a Texas Sales and Use Tax Permit for the Frisco Mercantile location and filing their own sales tax report. Please consult with your accountant or tax advisor for the correct reporting of sales made through the Frisco Mercantile.

Sales are posted daily and each Merchant is able to access their unique account to see their activity and recent sales history.
